My mobility classes are built on Functional Range Conditioning (FRC)—the same system that Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) come from. These sessions go beyond traditional stretching, focusing on loaded stretches, end-range movement, and isometric work to improve mobility, joint health, and overall movement quality.

Unlike typical stretching classes that just focus on flexibility, my approach is all about expanding and strengthening your active range of motion.
