Forest’s journey into coaching started the way many of the best journeys do—by helping someone close to him. In 2015, he guided his brother Rowan through a remarkable six-month transformation, sparking a passion for coaching that hasn’t slowed down since. Over the years, Forest has worked with individuals from all walks of life, tailoring strength and mobility programs that create lasting, meaningful results. Along the way, he’s honed his own skills—deadlifting over 500lbs, performing weighted pull-ups with 180 lbs, full handstand pushups and a 40” vertical jump to help him excel at his passions, ultimate frisbee and dunking. These personal achievements continue to fuel his belief that strength and mobility training can unlock potential in everyone.

Forest’s philosophy isn’t just built from textbooks—it’s forged from personal experience. As he pushed himself to perform at higher and higher levels, he ran into the same roadblocks many athletes face: lower back pain, tendonitis, and recurring sprains that kept limiting his progress. It became clear that strength alone wasn’t enough. The turning point came when Forest learned about FRC and incorporated personalized mobility training into his routine. By improving his joint health, active range of motion, and movement quality, he unlocked new levels of performance, strength, resilience, and dramatically reduced injuries—transforming the way he trained, moved, and lived.

Today, as a certified Strength and Mobility Coach based in Boulder, Colorado, Forest offers 1:1 personal training, small group coaching, and remote coaching that blend strength, mobility, and smart programming for real, sustainable progress. Whether you're building strength to stay active as you age, training around injuries, or chasing peak performance, Forest’s grounded, adaptable coaching style meets you where you’re at—and helps you go further.
