The best way to see if we’re a good fit is to sit down for about 30 minutes and talk. We can do this in person here in Boulder or over Zoom whichever is easier for you.

We’ll use this time to go over your training history, talk about your lifestyle, and run through a few basic movement assessments. The goal is for you to walk away with a clear idea of how we’ll work together and feel confident about the next steps.
