1. Free Intro Consultation
All new clients begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, offered either in person here in Boulder, or virtually via Zoom. It’s a chance to talk through your training background, lifestyle, and what you’re hoping to get from working together. You’ll also learn more about our approach, what to expect moving forward and go through some basic movement assessments.
This is about building clarity and confidence from the start—so you feel supported and understood right away.
