Every client receives a training plan tailored to their goals, injury history, and lifestyle — whether you’re new to strength training, coming back from an injury, or working to break through a plateau. Sessions are focused, intentional, and designed to support sustainable progress, not quick fixes.

To get real results, training has to extend beyond the time spent in the gym. While clients train in person 1, 2, or 3 times per week, all programs are built around a minimum of three weekly strength-focused sessions. This may include programed home workouts on your own or a fully in-person approach where everything is handled for you — you simply show up and train… plus a little mobility and cardio on your own to round things out.

Coaching Options & Pricing

All coaching options include full coaching support, not just time spent in the gym.

Every client receives:

This approach ensures consistent progress, even on days you’re not training in person. Because even if you see us 3x a week you still have 165 other hours in the week that also count towards your fitness goals. And we want to see you succeed.

  • Monthly plans are designed for clients who want consistency, accountability, and the best long-term results.

    • 1× per week: $440/month

    • 2× per week: $800/month

    • 3× per week: $1140/month

      Monthly clients receive the best per-session value because they commit to regular training and predictable scheduling.

      If you attend 65% or more of your scheduled sessions, a monthly plan is always the most cost-effective option.

  • Drop-in training is available for clients who need flexibility or attend less frequently due to frequent travel for work or chaotic schedules. But still wants the support and accountability of a coach and programing.

    Because drop-in clients still receive the same full programming, planning, and coaching support outside of sessions, as the monthly coaching rate. The per-session rate is higher for drop-ins.

    drop-in rate: $160/session

    Drop-in training makes the most sense for clients attending less than 65% of a monthly schedule. If you plan to train more consistently, monthly options provide significantly better value.

  • Want to train with a friend, spouse, or training partner? We have a partner rate so you can add someone else to your session for $40 per session. This option makes it more affordable and often more enjoyable—plus, having a partner can help with consistency and motivation.

    Both participants receive the same individualizes programing and extras included in regular 1 -on- 1 training. To ensure that everyone gets the best possible support.

    This option is available for both monthly and pay as you go options.

    1x a week: $600/ month

    2x a week: $1,120/ month

    3x a week: $1,620/ month

  • Remote coaching takes the in person out of the equation entirely but keeps:

    • Individualized strength programming

    • Mobility and recovery work

    • Conditioning and cardio guidance/planning

    • Nutrition guidelines

    • Ongoing coaching support

    And adds one 30- 60 minute monthly zoom call for check-ins

    Remote coaching rate: $250/Month

Mobility Classes (In-Person & Online)

Forest’s mobility classes are designed to improve joint function, strength, and long-term mobility, not just help you feel looser for an hour. Based on Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and other proven mobility practices, these classes focus on building strength at end ranges of motion, increasing usable flexibility, and creating lasting improvements in how your body moves, performs and feels.

Classes are available in-person in Boulder limited to 4 students, as well as live online classes via Zoom no class size restriction. This active, structured approach is ideal for athletes and active adults who want to move better, reduce stiffness or discomfort, and support long-term performance and resilience. No prior mobility experience is required — just a willingness to move with intention. A recorded class library is available for a monthly subscription.

  • First In-person Class is FREE!

    1 class per week: $90/month

    Up to 2 classes per week: $150/month

    Drop-in: $30 per class

  • Unlimited Monthly Membership – $49/month
    Includes unlimited access to all live online mobility classes each week. This is the best option for those who want frequent mobility work, flexible scheduling, or remote access without commuting.

    Drop-In Class – $15 per class
    A flexible option for trying a class or attending occasionally without a monthly commitment.
