1-on-1 Personal Training in Boulder, CO

Looking for an individualized training experience? Working 1-on-1 with Forest is the most focused way to build strength, improve mobility, and reach your personal goals. Whether you’re new to strength training or ready to break through a plateau, each session is designed around your needs, abilities, and long-term progress.

We offer flexible monthly plans for 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week. No matter how often you train in person, we recommend a minimum of 3 strength training sessions per week for best results, which can include your own self directed workouts following a custom program or let us do all the planing for you and you just show up and work hard.

What’s Included:

  • Monthly training packages with 4, 8, or 12 private sessions

  • Custom programming to follow on non-coached days

  • Session rollovers (up to one week) if needed

  • Flexible rescheduling for vacations depending on schedule availability.

  • Ongoing communication to keep you accountable and on track

Partner Training Add-On

Want to train with a friend, spouse, or training partner? You can add someone else to your session for just $40 per session. This option makes it more affordable and often more enjoyable—plus, having a partner can help with consistency and motivation.

To qualify for this rate, one member of the pair must already be on a monthly training plan. If both people want separate billing, each person must have their own plan.

    • 1x/week: $440/month

    • 2x/week: $800/month

    • 3x/week: $1,140/month

    *Additional sessions billed at the package rate: $110 (1x/week), $100 (2x/week), $95 (3x/week)

Small Private Group Training

(3-Person Sessions)

Private Group Training is a great option for those who want structured coaching with a social, supportive feel. These sessions include semi-individualized programming so that each person can train toward their own goals—even if you’re at different levels of experience or ability.

Groups are capped at three people to keep the coaching quality high. All group members commit to a regular schedule and monthly plan.

    • 1x/week: $220

    • 2x/week: $440

    • 3x/week: $660

    Sessions are $55 per person and offered in Boulder, CO at our private training location.

GROUP STRENGTH & MOBILITY CLASSES

Build Strength, Control, and Stability

Our small group classes are perfect if you’re looking for a guided workout that blends strength, mobility, and functional movement. These sessions are a great way to stay consistent, improve your movement quality, and build full-body strength in a small, welcoming environment.

Whether you're focused on general fitness or trying to stay strong for your favorite outdoor sport, these classes are scalable to all levels.

    • $40 – Single Class Drop-In

    • $120 – 4 Classes per Month

    • $200 – 8 Classes per Month

    • $240 – 12 Classes per Month
